Stress from my Point of View




The world is a really big place.We don't realise the things we have done in our life. We are not sure what we're doing right now is the right thing or how our present actions will affect the future. Come to think of it, we've shouldn't take our life seriously as we're gonna die sooner or later. So, why don't we enjoy and accept everything that happen in our life with a strong heart.

 Guys, "YOU ONLY LIVE ONCE" . That's what we call YOLO. It's just a waste of time if every single thing that you do, you want it to be too perfect! Hey come on, you are NOT living in one of those fairy tale stories that you've been told during your childhood . Yes! Maybe some of us do have that kind of perfectionist attitude. It's good actually to those who can live alone where he/she can handle it well. Just think, if you were to be in group and have an assignment to be completed together at a certain time, the problems that might come up is that your partner couldn't give full commitment from the beginning, then what are you gonna do? Ask yourself! Would you be crying at the corner and blaming yourself or be really angry towards your member?


Do you know that those are the symptom of stress itself? In this situation, you would be in a total knock out. Due to this , your emotion will be upside down,and you will probably won't be in the mood for whole day to do anything. The consequence for being too serious in life can bring you down .At some points you have to be more realistic in doing anything and try not to be too workaholic. Manage your day wisely so that you can enjoy every single moment of it.


There's a saying that goes "If plan A didn't work. You still have another 25 alphabet to go!". Keep calm and stay cool buddy!. Every problem must come with some kind of solution, rather than making it difficult, make it simple. If you are under a stress right now, i do have some tips for you. First, immediately stop the work you are working on. Take a short rest by closing both of your eyes for a moment,then take a deep breath and exhale it slowly. Repeat it for a few times.


 On the other hands, if you can't stand with your problems, just feel free to cry out loud. If you couldn't find someone that would listen to you. It's okay baby, you have me ! I'll make sure you have your smile back . I'm good at comforting people ! haha . Dearest friends, in my opinion ,the person who are under a stress are not cool. Not cool at all! Look here, they can't even manage themselves, how can they have a systematic life?For sure they would be living in a hectic! Learn to control it well. Don't expect you can do everything in one time, just do one things in each time!

  1. Agreed much with yr statement. Even my mom always told me, whenever I'm stressful abt something, she told me to simply take it. Don't take it too much until it ruins you. Enjoy your life. Because being a student actually, is a less stressful than being an adult that have to work and earns money for a living. And if you're feeling down, hold on to the up there. He is always be there for you. :)

  2. no need to stress yourself out all the time.. what's the point anyway? stress is one of the reason why people commit suicide, so i think people need to be more open minded.. i agreed everything you said..
