Music As A Therapy Of Mind.

Are you in depressed? The surrounding keeps on stressing you? You feel like hurting someone or even yourself just to feel alright? Wow ohh ohh! Calm yourself down and take a deep breath. What is the point of you doing something which is out of mind as in the end you will find out that you are actually troubling yourself. Before you take any action, think about the consequences!





 
Have you ever heard the phrase, "Music as a therapy of mind"? No? Yes? It is okay. Let me tell you here. Instead of you thinking of doing something crazy such as hurting yourself, doing something forbidden or etc just to release your stress, I encourage you to do something else which is also helps to calm your mind such as listening to the music.

Research has shown that music has a profound effect on our body and psyche. In fact, there is a growing field of health care known as music therapy, which uses music to heal.

Music is universal. Everyone could listen to it. Music brings happiness. Music heals your stress. Music makes you leave your problem behind. Music takes you to a new world of you with no stress and atmospheric pressure-the pressure from surrounding; pressure of too many works,peer pressure and etc.




   Music can influence emotions virtually instantaneously, which can help with stress relief as well. As an example, you are in depressed. You turn on the music. The song which is on played, you know the lyrics. You sing along with the song. The question is, are you singing the song in depression? Or you totally forget about your depression and you started to enjoy the song? I bet, you must be enjoying the song right? A liar you are if you say you are singing to the song but at the same time you are still in depressed.

      However, not all kind of musics help to ease stress. The slow rhythm, no vocal and sentimental song might help instead of heavy metal song. But for somehow it is all depending on the individual, her/himself. Some people prefer heavy metal song as it is loud and for them, it helps to wash away their depression.

  1. Nice blog. I agree " music as a therapy of mind " . Sometime when we feel sad or mad just hear the music it really help to express my feelings . I think it is good information for those can't control their emotion .

  3. I completely agreed.. listening to music makes me relax whenever i feel stress... sometimes, i sing a song, and forgot everything that bother me..

  4. wowww that's so true!! music can make an individual feel so calm and think positively after hear the music. sometimes, when i'm depressed, i will put on earphones and hear a slow and sentimental songs.
